Questions, Answered

Before you ask

Can I switch schedules mid-year?

Yes. Families move between two, three, and five days as work schedules change. We ask for two weeks' notice and do our best to accommodate, space permitting.

Are meals really included in the rate?

Really. Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are cooked on-site every day and included in every schedule. We handle allergies and preferences individually with each family.

What ages do the three groups cover?

Sprouts is six weeks to around fifteen months, Buds is fifteen months to three years, and Blossoms is three to five years. Children move up when they're ready, not just by birthday.

Do you offer part-time or drop-in care?

Our two-day and three-day schedules are our part-time options. We don't offer drop-in care, so every child in the room is a familiar face to our teachers.

What should we bring on the first day?

A change of clothes, a comfort item for nap, and a labeled water bottle. Diapers, wipes, meals, bedding, and sunscreen are all on us.

How does the waitlist work?

Joining the waitlist is free. When a spot opens in your child's age group, we call families in order and hold the spot for five business days while you decide.

"We toured five daycares and chose Poppy Lane in about four minutes. Two years later, our daughter runs to the door every single morning."
